20th ANNUAL SPORTSMAN’S WILD GAME DINNER: Saturday, March  2, 2019

Tickets will be available for the 2019 DAS Sportsman’s Wild Game Dinner at the upcoming December membership meeting. The dinner is being held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the Main Banquet Room at the American Polish Cultural Center at the Northwest corner of 15 Mile Rd. & Dequindre in Troy, MI.

Doors will open at 5:00 PM and you can deposit your dinner ticket stub in the Door Prize Drawing bucket. There will be plenty of winners drawn just prior to and during dinner. Country Smokehouse will again be catering the event and dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. Appetizers will be Wild Game Meat & Cheese Trays (1 per Table). This year, the Wild Game Main Entrees will be Smoked Walleye and Whitefish Chowder, Pulled Wild Boar, Sweet Chili Glazed Pheasant with Asian Vegetables, Country Venison Meatloaf with Country Gravy, Braised Elk with Hunters Sauce plus Smokehouse Famous Grilled Chicken. Sides will be Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Carolina Slaw, Fresh baked Rolls and Butter and Mini Dessert Bars with Assorted Cookies. In addition to dinner, unlimited pitchers of beer and soft drinks are included. There will also be a Cash Bar available.

There will be $1 & $5 Table Raffles, Gun Draws, Premium Meat Draws, 50/50 raffles and many more items. Guns are provided by Michi-Gun. The Taxidermy Display is courtesy of Lombardo’s Taxidermy.

Tickets are $60 per person. If you purchase a table of 10 tickets, you will receive $100 in $1 Raffle tickets. Those tables must be purchased and paid in full by the January membership meeting, Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2018. This is the club’s only fundraiser and all proceeds go to help the DAS promote and protect our Great Lakes Fisheries and Resources.

Celebrate Traditional Paczki Day at The American Polish Cultural Center. Our delicious paczki will be available for sale on Monday: 10:00 am − 8:00 pm and on Tuesday 6:00 am − till gone. Live Accordion Music by Gary Kolody on Tuesday from 12:00 noon till 5:00 pm. Wawel Royal Castle Polish Restaurant will be open Monday & Tuesday 11:00 am − 8:00 pm. Paczki will be also available on Thursday, February 28th, Friday, March 1st, Saturday, March 2nd and on Sunday, March 3rd. American Polish Cultural Society invites you for its 12th Annual Polish Folk Dance Festival which will be held on Saturday, March 9th, 2019. The focus of the event is to promote Polish Folk Culture through Song and Dance. Our program starts at 4:00 pm and will include national and regional dance presentations. Talented dancers will guarantee a spectacular concert full of color and energy. WAWEL Royal Castle Polish Bar & Restaurant will be open 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm during festival. Only $1.00 admission charge.
