May your troubles be less and your blessings be more—happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️
As Pączki Day 2025 comes to a close, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the amazing team at the American Polish Cultural Center for making this year’s celebration a truly unforgettable experience!
On Fat Tuesday, March 4, 2025, we once again indulged in the rich Polish tradition of enjoying pączki—those delicious, deep-fried doughnuts filled with flavors like blueberry, apricot, custard, plum, raspberry, and strawberry. What a delightful way to celebrate and bid farewell to the winter season!
A special thank you to the incredible staff, bakers, and volunteers who worked tirelessly to provide exceptional service and uphold this cherished Polish tradition. Your dedication to preserving and sharing Polish culture is truly commendable.
To everyone who played a role in making Pączki Day 2025 a delicious success—from the talented bakers crafting these mouthwatering treats to the welcoming staff ensuring a wonderful experience—we appreciate you!
Here’s to the joyous moments, the sweet indulgence, and the cultural connections that make this celebration so special. Thank you, American Polish Cultural Center, for being the heart of our Pączki Day festivities! We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
With gratitude,
Elizabeth Wienke
