To celebrate this special occasion, a special dinner will be held with the ceremony. We would be honored to have our members and friends present as we welcome the leadership that will guide us through the coming term.

And that’s a wrap on Pączki Celebration 2026!

Over the last few days, we have moved a staggering amount of pączki to ensure our loyal customers and friends had a sweet Fat Thursday (Tłusty czwartek), Fat Tuesday (Pączki Day) and every day in between. It’s a massive undertaking every year, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible team.

From our Board of Directors to our staff and volunteers—whether you see them in these photos or they were working hard behind the scenes—we are so grateful for your dedication!

A funny realization: In our “slap-happy” state during the final assembly line push, we noticed our shirts actually said “Paczki” (which means boxes in Polish) instead of “Pączki”. Honestly, it couldn’t have been more fitting, as we were completely surrounded by boxes all day!

To everyone who visited us and got their pączki: thank you for making us a part of your tradition. We love seeing you and can’t wait to do it all again next year!

We are thrilled to announce that the 34th Finale of the Grand Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP – Wielka Orkiestra Światecznej Pomocy) is coming to the American Polish Cultural Center! As the biggest charity event in Poland, we are proud to join this global movement and help raise vital funds for a great cause.

The Mission: This year, the Orchestra plays “For the healthy tummies of our children.” All donations will go toward the diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterological conditions in pediatric patients, directly impacting the lives of 1.2 to 1.5 million children in Poland.

When: Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM

Where: American Polish Cultural Center, Troy

Activities: Raffles, fun games for children, music, dancing and delicious food available for purchase!

Z ogromną radością ogłaszamy, że 34. Finał Wielkiej Orkiestry Świątecznej Pomocy (WOŚP) odbędzie się w American Polish Cultural Center! Jako największe wydarzenie charytatywne w Polsce, z dumą dołączamy do tego globalnego ruchu, aby wesprzeć zbiórkę funduszy na ten szczytny cel.

Misja: W tym roku Orkiestra gra pod hasłem: „Dla zdrowych brzuszków naszych dzieci”. Wszystkie zebrane środki zostaną przekazane na diagnostykę i leczenie schorzeń gastroenterologicznych u najmłodszych pacjentów, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na życie od 1,2 do 1,5 miliona dzieci w Polsce.

It has been a whirlwind of a December here at Wawel! While our calendar has been packed with private events, we couldn’t let 2025 come to a close without one final live music session.

Since our Fridays have been so busy, we’re doing something a little different: we’re moving “Live Music Friday” to Saturday!

Join us this Saturday, December 20th, for an unforgettable evening of delicious Polish cuisine and smooth, soulful jazz from the Scott Wrona Band. This will be our very last live performance of the year, and we would love to celebrate the season with you.
