Important Updates: Elections 2026
Dear Members of the American Polish Cultural Society (APCS),
This year marks a significant election cycle for our organization as we prepare for the 2026 term. We invite all eligible members to participate in the upcoming Election Meeting to help shape the future of our American Polish Cultural Society and American Polish Cultural Center.
Meeting Details:
- Date: Sunday, January 18, 2026
- Time: 2:30 PM
- Location: American Polish Cultural Center, Troy
Membership Requirements: To attend the meeting and cast your vote for the new Board of Directors, your membership must be current. Please ensure your membership is renewed prior to the meeting. If you are not yet a member but would like to join and participate, please visit our office in advance of the voting date.

Dear Members of the American Polish Cultural Society, January 18, 2026, at 2:30 is our election meeting. As you read in the previous Newsletter the Nominating/Election Committee publicized all the information about the process in choosing new members for the Board of Directors in writing as well as our website. Enclosed is the final voting ballot of the candidates/nominees and all this information is also available on our website. https://www.americanpolishcenter.com/membership/
We kindly urge you to attend this meeting and choose the new Board of Directors for the next two-year term. We count on your participation to make this process successful for the benefit of our organization. The attribute of the board of directors is a reflection on the success of the organization; therefore, we need members engaging ideas and varieties of personal and business expertise.
Please note, if you are unable to attend this Election Meeting, and would prefer to vote an Absentee Ballot, you can request the form for the Absentee Ballot from the office during the regular hours.
Please note, according to the APCS By-Laws the Absentee Ballot must be picked up at the office and returned before the scheduled meeting.

American Polish Cultural Society Mission
The American Polish Cultural Society came to life on Friday, December 27, 1985, when it was registered with the State of Michigan as a non-profit corporation with the following purpose or a mission for which the corporation was organized:
- To encourage the participation of Poles and Americans of Polish descent in the pursuit of their Polish heritage, culture and language.
- To bring about awareness of the contributions of Poles and Polish Americans to the people of the United States and the world.
- To pursue charitable, literary, educational and other social and fraternal purposes of Poles and Americans of Polish descent.
American Polish Cultural Society Membership
Members are bound by their common culture, traditions, heritage and Polish language. To become a member you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Must be of Polish descent
- Be a spouse of a member of the American Polish Cultural Society
- Be a Polish organization represented by one certified delegate
Membership Information
- Lifetime: $1,000 one time payment (No annual fees)
- Supporting: $50 annual donation (Renewed annually)
- Organization: $2,000 one time payment (Represented by one delegate)
