- Ability to work well as part of a kitchen team
- Willingness to learn and keep improving your skills
- Can handle fast-paced, high-volume event days
- Open mind and positive attitude toward new techniques and recipes
- Kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Polish) is a big plus
