ACTIVE, RESERVE AND RETIRED MILITARY OFFICERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE 56th ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL ARMED FORCES NIGHT DINING-OUT Commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the End of World War II. Bar open at 6:30 pm, Dinner at 7:30 pm. GUEST SPEAKER: Major General Gwendolyn Bingham, Commander of the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC). Dress: Mess or Formal Dress Preferred.
